HOMELESS JESUS
This was painted from a photograph of a homeless man. When I first did it I had titled it Unnamed, but I received several comments on how it looked like Jesus.
Even if he is a fair representation of what he might have looked like, would we even notice him on the street? Or would we be too caught up in our lives, greed, phone, and appearances and just walk by him/her/them? We are for the most part living in a world without faith. I do not equate faith with religion because that too has been tainted by what keeps the majority of us from noticing them on the street, to begin with.
